Warranty claims - Antler luggage guarntee








Got a problem with an Antler or Revelation suitcase or travel bag that you purchased from us?

If the fault has occurred within 12 months of purchase, please email us with full details of the problem including when and how the problem appeared, your order number and if possible with a picture attached.

Please remember that if we need to collect your case from you that we'll ask that you arrange to have it securely packed ideally in the box in which we supplied it ahead of collection.

For faults appearing more than 12 months after purchase, Antler will deal with the problem directly - you need to contact them through their warranty claim we page - click here.

The guarantee is restricted to manufacturing defects in your Antler or Revelation products and does not cover accidental damage or damage suffered when your case or bag is in the hands of your airline or other carrier.

  1. i Have a Revelation suitcase, approx 2 years old. I am unable to set the lock code to anything other than 000. i have followed the instructions, but the dials will not move from 0.
    What am i doing wrong? Thanks
