We use Interlink Express as our delivery courier for one very important reason - they're good!
Interlink collect from us every weekday afternoon, and their standard delivery service is next working day (Highlands and Islands customers 2 days)
When we've finished processing your order we tell you when it will be collected by Interlink and the day on which you can expect to receive your delivery.
On the day of delivery, once Interlink have finalised their delivery routes, they will contact you by email and/or text (depending on the contact information that you have provided) to let you know the 1 hour slot when they expect to deliver to you.
Whilst of course no one is absolutely perfect, Interlink have proved to us over the years how good they are.
