All the products on our site are stored in our own building ans available for dispatch that same weekday for orders successfully placed by 3pm. Unlike some of our competitors we do not 'drop ship' from manufacturers, nor do we order in products to meet your order introducing a delay.
Our prices INCLUDE next working day delivery for most of the UK - Areas classed as 'Highlands & Islands' by our carriers enjoy 2 working day delivery and a nominal delivery charge of £16.50 as a contribution to the additional costs involved.
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order we will contact you STRAIGHT AWAY and offer possible solutions to the issues.
