Airports Council International 2014 Service Awards

The Airports Council International (ACI) has announced it Airport Service Quality Awards for 2014.  The ACI conducts the world's only international survey of passengers' satisfaction when they're actually at the airport.

The survey covers 34 key areas and is conducted at over 250 airports worldwide. Over 75% of the world's top airports are survey members.

Best Small Airport
