92% of Ryanair flights arrive on time last month

Europe's favourite airline, Ryanair has just published its customer service statistics for March 2015.

Results are generally on a par with March 2014 with 92% of flights arriving on time, and 99% of customer complaints answered within 7 days.

However complaints per 1000 passengers increased by 17% to 0.47, and bag complaints per 1000 passengers by 38% to 0.50.
