The directors of 'Europe's favourite airline' #Ryanair, have voted at a board meeting to accept the offer from #BritishAirways owner IAG group to buy Ryanair's 29.8% holding in Irish airline Aer Lingus.
This now paves the way, subject to any competition considerations, for IAG to take full control of #AerLingus
