How safe is your holiday destination this year?

The foreign office (FCO) has raised its threat levels to many of the most popular holiday destinations visited by Brits including Spain and many countries bordering the Mediterranean.

The change is in response t ongoing threat assessments no doubt influenced by the recent terrible Tunisian beach killings.

FCO changes advice for Tunisia

The UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) has updated its travel advice for Tunisia to advise against all but essential travel top most of the country, and against all travel to selected parts.

As a result ABTA says that its members are now arranging to quickly return holidaymakers in the country to the UK and for those who have booked holidays but not yet travelled to contact  their tour operators regarding arrangements.
