When you order from Luggage UK when will your parcel arrive?
Our carriers, Interlink Express, collect from us every weekday afternoon at around 3.30pm.
Orders we receive by 3pm on a weekday are dispatched that same day and are delivered to you the following weekday (highlands & islands customers add one day)
Provided that you give us your email address and/or your mobile number, on the day of delivery Interlink will send you a text and/or email advising you of the one hour slot when they anticipate your delivery will arrive.
Should you find this is not convenient you have the option to ask them to deliver to a neighbour or to change delivery to a subsequent day. From comments we have received many customers appreciate this flexibilty.
Should you need your new luggage in even more of a rush, pre 9.30 amd and pre-noon weekday deliveries are available at an extra charge, as are Saturday am deliveries. For further details please click here.
