Fast UK luggage and suitcase delivery
What happens when I place my order at luggage UK?
Well first of all thank you very much for doing so!
Once your order is logged on our system you should receive an automated order acknowledgement by email - if you don't it could be that either you have not completed your order or perhaps have made a mistake with the email address that you gave us. In these circumstances please email us so that we can investigate for you.
While our web site operates 24/7, understandably our staff do not. Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. There may be intermittent cover at other times.
When your order is processed we first check that all is in order with the payment - if you're using PayPal the delivery address that you give us MUST agree with that given to us by PayPal. All payments are scrutinised by our payment providers SagePay for possible fraudulent transactions - occasionally we may have to reject an order.
Our web site will not allow you to order a product that we do not have in stock - the item that we are going to send you is then picked and moved to our dispatch area. Orders received by 3pm on a weekday are normally sent that same day.
We then produce the paperwork to accompany your order including logging the consignment with our carriers Interlink Express and producing the shipping label. Provided you let us have your email address and/or your mobile number, Interlink will contact you to advise information regarding delivery, including on the delivery day an estimate of the delivery time.
Your order then joins the queue for the product to be quality checked before packing ready for the courier collection at around 4pm on the next working day. In the unlikely event of us discovering a quality issue with your product we may need to contact you. As generally manufacturers do not supply products individually boxed to us, but often in 'nests', when you order cases of more than one size, we often send them to you 'nested' so for example you order for 2 different size cases may arrive in one box.
If the original delivery day turns out not to be convenient, Interlink give you the option to allow a neighbour to accept the delivery on your behalf, or to delay the delivery to another day. In all cases we require a signature on delivery.
