Spring has arrived but there's more snow

Officially Spring has arrived!  Try telling that to the residents of some of the eastern states of the USA where snow is falling yet again this year.

Up to 5 inches of snow is predicted to fall hopefully bringing to an end a particularly cold spell.  Over 100 inches of snow have fallen in some places over the winter months.

Snow is also expected to fall in New York City and Washington DC.
