Jersey, the largest of largest of the Channel Islands, offers a variety of attractions for holidaymakers of all ages.

One of the advantages of holidaying in the Channel Islands is that they are very much further south than mainland UK, in fact they're further south than some points in northern France. This results in much warmer weather than you're likely to experience should you decide to stay in the UK.

There's no need for foreign currency - just take your normal £s with you.

 History abounds on Jersey

You can drive on the left - many packages to Jersey include car hire, and driving rules are generally the same apart from there being much lower speed limits.

While you're still technically on British soil, there's no mistaking the influence of France, the nearest mainland on Channel Islanders, with many place names being undoubtedly French.

What to see when you get there?
