Been let down by one of our competitors? Reading customer reviews on other sites it appears as though some firms are showing that they have a product in stock to get you to place your order, for you only to be told afterwards that they don't!
At Luggage UK all items shown in stock are in our own building and available for dispatch. We do not take orders for products that we don't have, nor do we get your order 'drop shipped' from the manufacturer.
Perhaps that's why we get so many good reviews posted through Feefo!
Orders successfully placed by 3pm on a weekday (Monday - Friday) are sent by Interlink Express that same day for next working day delivery (Highlands and islands add one day). Interlink let you know by text and/or email on the delivery day the approximate time when they anticipate delivering to you. Many customers tell us that this is a great help to them.
