With many of our competitors charging extra for next day delivery, the most common 'phone call that we get at Luggage UK is customers asking us to confirm that our prices include next working day delivery (Highlands & islands customers 2 day delivery - £16.50 delivery charge).
Orders successfully processed by 3pm on a weekday are dispatched that same day for delivery on the next weekday (Highlands & Islands 2 days).
Also remember that the stock availability shown on our site is right up to date and that we do not take orders for products that we don't have on our own shelves - we're told that some of our competitors do!
