Hungarian based airline Wizz Air has announced that from next month it is introducing allocated seating to its booking process without any additional charge.
Wizz says that it will try as far as possible to allocate adjacent seats to passengers travelling together. Should a passenger be unhappy with their allocated seat it will be possible to change for a small fee provided it is done at least 3 hours prior to departure.
Wizz Air the largest low-cost airline in central and eastern Europe says that the move should improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.
All Wizz Air flights are on Airbus A-320s and all planes have leather seats.
