Ryanir 'Europe's favourite low fares airline' has just published its February customer service statistics.
Performance is generally on a par with February 2014, but bag complaints per 1000 passengers increased by 44% from 0.36 to 0.52.
In the month the airline carried a total of 5.4m passengers, with 91% of their 34,000 flights arriving on time.
