At Luggage UK we know that most of us are in a rush and perhaps have a tendency to leave things until the last moment.

In our retail store you'd be surprised how many of our customers buy their new suitcases from us on the same day as their jetting off on their holidays!

While we don't offer same day delivery on our huge selection of lightweight luggage and suitcases, we do deliver next working day for most of the UK without charging delivery, and on Saturdays for a small extra charge.

Should you not want your new bag delivered quite as fast then let us know by using the Special Instructions box during the checkout on our site. Premium deliveries for before 10am and before noon are available.

Inevitably there will be many different ideas of what is good and not so good depending on your particular views.  We all have particular yard sticks that we use.

Buying on line can often be a voyage into the unknown particularly if you've not bought from the particular seller before.

What can give you confidence?

Check out the contact us information - is there a real identifiable address in the UK? Is there a geographic phone number to avoid premium rate call costs in the event you need to call the seller?  Is there an email address that you can use as well as a 'contact us' form?

Does the seller tell you about themselves?

Are there reviews on the site that you can read?

In addition to all these points perhaps the most valuable is whether the seller gives you access to independently collected reviews of their actual service from real customers.
