Our customers think our service is 100%!

Independent research company FEEFO directly contacts our customers for their rating of the service we have provided, and publishes the results on the web.

Our rating for the last year of reviews that have scored us either Excellent or Good stands at 100%.

How do you measure customer service?

Inevitably there will be many different ideas of what is good and not so good depending on your particular views.  We all have particular yard sticks that we use.

Buying on line can often be a voyage into the unknown particularly if you've not bought from the particular seller before.

What can give you confidence?

Check out the contact us information - is there a real identifiable address in the UK? Is there a geographic phone number to avoid premium rate call costs in the event you need to call the seller?  Is there an email address that you can use as well as a 'contact us' form?

Does the seller tell you about themselves?

Are there reviews on the site that you can read?

In addition to all these points perhaps the most valuable is whether the seller gives you access to independently collected reviews of their actual service from real customers.

At Luggage UK we tick all the boxes and provide reviews of our service through independent FEEFO - Our customers give us a 99%service rating (where they classify our service as either Good or Excellent). We have no control over the reviews, but we do regularly review and respond to comments made.

Amazing November Growth by Ryanair








'Europe's favourite airline' Ryanair has announced that last month passenger numbers were up an amazing 22% over November 2013 to reach a total of 6.35 million.

The airline's load factor also increased by an impressive 7% to 88%.

Ryanair's Chief Marketing Officer, Kenny Jacobs attributed the strong performance to lower fares, improved customer service and a stronger forward booking strategy.
